Key Responsibilities: Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues. Respond promptly to equipment failures and emergencies, minimizing downtime. CNC VMC Machine Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC VMC machines to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues related to the CNC machines. Calibrate and adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Conduct inspections and repairs on spindle motors, ball screws, drives, and other machine components. Utility System Management: Maintain and troubleshoot utility systems (e.g., compressed air, coolant systems, electrical supply, Air Compressor, Lubrication System, Chiller/Temperature Control System, Coolant System, Compressed Air System and hydraulic systems) Ensure proper functionality of utilities essential for machine operations.
